Position Description:


The Senior Analyst role is a part of the Quoting Rules team within the larger Revenue, Growth, and Automation space. The work is fast-paced and broadly impactful across the company with various partner engagements. Responsibilities include helping craft scalable solutions and processes with engineers and architects, working with support teams who support customers and our internal systems, as well as taking business requirements to translate them into concrete technical requirements. To be successful, a candidate will need to be analytical, have excellent critical thinking skills, as well as be able to prioritize, deliver on multiple requests at once, identify inefficiencies in the process, building scripts to help us continually improve.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.

  • Experience in developing quality code using Core JAVA, C#, JavaScript, and Python for developing and maintaining test Automation framework for CPQ-based applications like Steelbricks and Conga.

  • Design and develop Automation frameworks to reduce human efforts and increase team efficiency.

  • Support the operation and maintenance of existing and future CPQ infrastructures, including rule configuration, release management, environment management, data transformation, and migration.

  • Lead all aspects of troubleshooting and bug fixing for Automation testing, and Configuration.

  • Should have done at least one end-to-end implementation of the CPQ project as a Quality Assurance analyst.

  • Functional knowledge of sales process, product lifecycle, and product selling strategies.

  • Generate actionable insights through data-driven analysis to drive business decisions.

  • Proficiency using Google Sheets formulas (or Excel) /Google Slides and other Google Workspace applications

  • Areas of ownership include policy and process, roadmaps, support, and handling partner groups.

  • Should have been familiar with the Agile process.

  • Flexible to support AMER hours (on a need basis).

  • This is an Office-Flexible role, based out of the Hyderabad Office.

Required Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.

  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to effectively explain technical issues at a high level to executive leadership or a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing accuracy of deliverables.

  • Experience in developing complex SOQL queries for performance tuning.

  • Experience in developing automation scripts using Selenium, JAVA, Maven, and Cucumber.

  • Experience in CI/CD Pipeline/Tools.

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification required

  • Salesforce CPQ/Conga CPQ/Approvals/CLM experience.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Nice to have Salesforce Certification (s)

  • Hands-on experience on Tableau, Python, and Salesforce Apex preferred

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience of technical and admin experience on Salesforce Projects.

  • 3+ years of experience in the configuration of a CPQ system.
