As a software engineer intern in IT Applications, you will be part of the software engineering team that develops functionality primarily built on a Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. You will work with a team of software engineers, product managers, and architects responsible for feature development and application maintenance responsive to the needs of a highly complex and global sales organization.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Last year Students graduating in December 2025/June 2026 Enrolled and working towards a BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Intermediate/advanced English skills
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week at our Mexico City offices (2/3 times a week on site)
  • Enrolled and working towards a BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Object Oriented programming
  • Experience implementing technical projects
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with relational database languages
  • Experience with web services integration through SOAP or REST
  • Basic understanding of web application security
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to be a team player, motivate people, ensure accountability and achieve results
  • Ability to effectively communicate status and risk to the team and manager


What we are looking for:

  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication
  • Problem solving skills and initiative
  • Attention to detail


It’s a plus to have knowledge of (but don’t mind it if you don’t!):

  • General experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity working in a Continuous Deployment pipeline


What you’ll learn/do:

  • Learn to use key software development tools, Salesforce/Mulesoft platform and related products
  • Understand and participate in the full development cycle, actively working on some of its different phases.
  • Participate in team and project follow-up meetings, to discuss active projects, timelines for implementation, planning, etc.
  • Disclaimer: it will depend on the team you're assigned to the different learnings you'll have at the end of the program, although all will be on the Software Development world.
  • Build applications on Salesforce platform
  • Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party applications
  • Participate in product and feature design with product team and business partners
  • Plan, design, and enhance automation framework, utilities and tools
  • Participate in and contribute to code reviews
  • Work with engineers, business analysts and product owners for product delivery

  • Interviews will be held from July to September, 2024 (don’t panic if we don’t contact you straight away!)
  • This is a 1-year Internship program, ending in November 2025.
