Your Impact

As part of our commitment to equality and inclusion, we are seeking a highly motivated Disabilities@Work Project Analyst. This role will support project execution and management across different countries to scale operational capabilities, focusing on advancing workplace inclusion for individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions.

This broad and varied role offers numerous opportunities to gain exposure to multiple disability-related areas (employment, support, accessibility) while applying strong project management skills.

Specifically, the Program Analyst will provide specialist support in the areas below:

Project management:

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of disability and neuro-inclusion initiatives globally.

  • Support the development of country-specific plans to boost disability representation in alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines and goals.

  • Provide support to launching, managing and scaling accessibility solutions

  • People with disabilities Legislation Compliance

  • Ensure that compliance related activities are timely completed and tracked in accordance with statutory provisions and internal policies

  • Analytics, Reporting & automation:

  • Conduct data analysis to track the progress and impact of disability and neuro-inclusion programs leveraging internal tool i.e. Org62 Dashboard, Tableau

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on key metrics to communicate program success and areas for improvement.

  • Identify automation opportunities using internal workflow (Slack)

  • Supporting Employees with Disabilities at Scale:

  • Operationally manage the ticketing process for accessibility solutions and access layers, ensuring flawless customer service and timely completion in accordance with predefined SLAs.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

  • Manage procurement activities related to contracts with vendors for disability and inclusion programs.

  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Enablement:

  • Contribute to scoping, design, and administrative support for disability inclusion training programs and workshops, including tracking participation and outcomes using internal resources (ACT, EPOCH, Perceptyx, etc.).

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management related to diversity and inclusion within a corporate environment.

  • Proficient analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Basic understanding and experience with procurement processes and vendor management.

  • Good grasp of of local legislations and willingness to learn and stay abreast of developments;

  • Agility to develop partnership with third-party organizations related to disability and neurodiversity

  • Prior experience or passion for instructional Design with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials tailored to diverse learning needs and styles.

  • Good understanding and passion for best practices in equity and inclusion, particularly related to disability and neurodiversity.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • A proactive, resilient individual with problem-solving skills and determination to make things happen

  • Ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Google Workplace Apps and Salesforce tools

  • Fluency in English.

Desired Skills

  • Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or currently pursuing certification

  • Prior background in learning and development

  • Project management certification

  • Experience working in an international environment.

  • Lived experience with disability and neurodivergence
