The EMEA Graduate Rotation Program is a new and exciting 12 months program which welcomes ambitious graduates who would like to begin their career journey within sales and solution engineering.

It is a rotational program designed to give graduates exposure to both sales development and solution engineering. We then offer you the choice of which career path you would like to pursue. Our graduate program is a fully immersive program combining comprehensive learning paths, in-role experience, customer interaction and mentorship from senior sales and solution engineering professionals.

  • You are a 2023 or 2024 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree). We consider applicants from All Academic Fields

What does our New EMEA Graduate Program Look like
The Program is structured as follows:

Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:

  • Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and tools.

  • Learn critical professional skills for your career in salesforce

  • Get immersed in the culture of salesforce and truly understand our values

  • Structured learning calendar with sessions & hands-on workshops led by experts and program alumni


First Rotation (3 Month rotation)
During this Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to experience the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path. The structure for both are similar, for both you will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with mentors/buddys with experience in the path.

Second Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
If during your first rotation you completed the Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation, then you will join the Sales Graduate Rotation from month 5 through to 7 and vice versa.

Third Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
Having completed both paths for your 3rd Rotation you can state your preference for your final 3 months.

2 last months will be immersive in your team

At the end of each rotation there will be a required certification to test your skills and business acumen.
Once successful during the certification process you will then be eligible to panel for promotion.

An Example of what you can expect during the specific rotations


The Sales Graduate Rotation

  • You will be taught salesforce’s best in class prospecting and qualification methodologies

  • You will learn how to use social, digital, video, chat and phone platforms to effectively engage with Salesforce prospects

  • You will collaborative with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation


The Solution Engineer Graduate Rotation

  • You will have the opportunity to learn our solutions at a deeper more technical level

  • You work closely with the solution engineering organisation supporting them in building cutting edge cutomer demonstrations

  • You will learn the art of customer discovery & how to create a customer point of view

Map Your Future
With our Graduate Program you will have the choice of career paths

  • You can choose to take a Sales Path where after your Grad Program Rotations you can progress to Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative and then into our Sales organisation as Account Executive, where you will position our solutions to potential customers. In some instances, this path may vary or be subject to change.

  • You can choose to take a Solution Engineering path where after your Grad Program Rotations you can progress to Associate Solution Engineer and rise to work at every customer level ESB, SMB, GRB. In some instances, this path may vary or be subject to change.
