Job Description

As the Program Manager for Tech Enablement and Innovation, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of initiatives that enhance the organization's technological capabilities and drive innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive, technology-driven learning programs that seamlessly integrate emerging technologies into our tech enablement interventions. Your efforts will ensure that all programs are aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities, driving measurable outcomes that support long-term business goals.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a deep passion for learning and development, coupled with a strategic mindset. You should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. More importantly, you will be a driving force in fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth within the organization.


Job Description

  • Strategic Alignment & Learning Advocate: Partner closely with business leaders to understand the organization’s strategic priorities and orchestrate learning enablement interventions that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of teams, driving impactful outcomes that support long-term business objectives.

  • Learning Journey Design & Development: Understands the software development life-cycle. Work effectively with subject matter experts, asking them the right questions and collaborating with them to write and build on a compelling learning journey (Instructional Design).

  • Program Maestro: Lead the end-to-end execution of learning and innovation programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Manage cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth program rollouts and ongoing enhancements.

  • Global Synergy: Work collaboratively with international teams to share knowledge, best practices, and innovations. Foster a cohesive, global learning and innovation culture that resonates across regions.

  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget planning, allocation, and management for tech enablement initiatives, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with broader organizational goals.

  • L&D Forte: Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning programs. Regularly generate and present detailed reports to measure and assess the efficiency, effectiveness and outcomes of the interventions.

  • Vendor Partnership: Build and nurture strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry thought leaders to bring cutting-edge tools, techniques, and resources into the organization’s tech enablement ecosystem.

  • Trailblazing Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative learning practices. Evaluate and integrate new tools and methods to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technological and learning advancements.

  • Change Management: Support the organization in adapting to new technologies and learning initiatives by driving effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 9–12 years of progressive experience in technology-driven learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and managing impactful programs that enhance technological proficiency and innovation. Proven ability to align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.
    Certification in Learning and Development, Program Management, or relevant technology certifications is highly preferred.

  • Software Development Acumen: Hands-on experience as a software engineer, ideally in a large organization, with a focus on delivering solutions that are scalable, elegant and performant. General understanding of object-oriented programming. Ideal candidates have a background in Java development or similar languages (Java, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python). Full-stack experience is a bonus. Proven understanding of web application development.

  • Experience in Designing Technology-Enhanced Learning Solutions: Strong track record in creating effective, technology-enabled learning interventions that support diverse learning styles. Experience in leveraging digital tools to create blended, interactive, and self-paced learning experiences (Ex: Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate etc.,).

  • LMS Proficiency: In-depth experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and generating complex, multi-tiered reports to assess program performance and impact. Strong familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools for evaluating learning outcomes.

  • Project/Program Management: Demonstrated success in leading multiple, large-scale L&D projects simultaneously, preferably within a technology context. Expertise in applying project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

  • Passion for Learning: Deep commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, with the ability to inspire others and champion innovative learning solutions.
