The CEO Office team is a dynamic, high-performance group dedicated to supporting senior leadership in driving business growth and operational excellence.

This team is responsible for:

1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborating with senior executives to analyze business performance, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

2. Operational Leadership: Managing the business operating model and cadence, ensuring efficient execution of initiatives and processes.

3. Future Growth Planning: Driving strategic initiatives, both short-term (e.g., Go-to-Growth planning) and long-term, through cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of strategic decision-making and operational planning, while also fostering professional growth for advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • As an Analyst in the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s objectives through:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Conducting advanced analytics to structure and solve complex business problems, providing data-driven recommendations to executives.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitoring and improving operational performance through sales governance, pipeline analysis, and sales coverage optimization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working across teams to establish scalable reporting, operational standards, and process improvements.

  • Executive Presentations: Preparing presentation-ready content and recommendations to inform and guide senior-level decision-making.

  • Strategic Planning: Supporting annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning priorities with organizational goals.

  • Project Involvement: Participating in key strategic initiatives aimed at driving transformation and long-term growth.


Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for using analytics and strategy to drive impactful business outcomes. You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are excited by the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape organizational strategy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., engineering, economics, computer science).

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, sales strategy, or a high-growth technology environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, or Dutch preferred).
