Description

The Senior Analyst, Lease Operations plays a critical role in supporting the financial and operational integrity of the company's global real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring lease financial compliance, timely payment processing, and seamless coordination between Accounts Payable and Lease Administration. The specialist will drive accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across lease operations, contributing to the overall success of the Global Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) organization. The Global Lease Operations team fuels REWS success, through compliance and alignment, developing and enhancing operational metrics and processes which enable our REWS teams to deliver projects, transactions and global programs necessary to drive best-in-class workspaces and one cohesive Salesforce experience.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Real Estate, Global Lease Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve all global rent reports, OPEX reconciliations and CPI adjustments prepared by lease administration team
  • Act as the Lease Operations liaison between Accounts Payable and Lease Administration to ensure timely payments, resolve issues, and escalate problems as needed
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in payment processing and lease data management
  • Provide support in reviewing full-scope lease audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and identification of potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Work closely with the Corporate Accounting and Accounts Payable to ensure proper guidance of GAAP and the new lease accounting rules, ASC 842 and support OPEX, expenses, and other financial lease questions
  • Assist in developing and enhancing global operational metrics, reporting, and process improvements to optimize lease financial management
  • Provide support to Senior Manager, Real Estate, Global Lease Operations

REQUIRED SKILLS/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years of corporate real estate, lease administration, real estate finance, lease accounting experience or equivalent
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret, and summarize various types of lease documents
  • Strong financial and data analytical skills – including the ability to understand, read, interpret and analyze operating expenses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solver
  • Ability to work independently and in a faced paced environment
  • Self-starter, can multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, positive attitude, friendly, helpful and responsive
  • Tech-savvy/Excellent system skills including Microsoft Office, Google suite, Oracle, Coupa, Salesforce, lease administration platform(s), Slack, DocuSign
