We're seeking an exceptional Lead Partner Strategist to join our team in Paris. As a trusted advisor, you'll empower Salesforce technology partners to unlock their full potential by providing expert guidance on how to leverage Agentforce's generative AI capabilities and Data Cloud's data platform solutions, as well as the full range of Salesforce Platform Core capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology partners to define compelling use cases, vision, and technology strategies that drive business value for our customers
  • Provide guidance on how to leverage Agentforce's generative AI capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs
  • Deliver in-depth expertise on Data Cloud's data platform solutions, helping partners understand how to harness the power of cloud-based data analytics and machine learning
  • Convince technology partners of the value proposition of Salesforce Platform Core, including its capabilities such as Customer 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure they have the vital tools and support to succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Develop and deliver compelling demos showcasing the benefits of our data platform solutions, including Data Cloud, as well as the full range of Salesforce Platform Core capabilities


Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience working with technology partners in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Knowledge of Agentforce's generative AI capabilities and Data Cloud's data platform solutions
  • Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and internal collaborators
  • Ability to articulate a clear value proposition for our technologies, including the benefits of leveraging Salesforce Platform Core capabilities such as Customer 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Strong demo development and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts
  • Good communication skills in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working as Technical Advisor, for/with Product Development Outsourcers (PDOs) or building Appexchange Apps is a plus.
  • Prior hands-on experience and a strong familiarity with Salesforce configuration and coding best practices
  • 3+ years experience in a technology-facing role in industry (product management, technology delivery, business analysis, consulting, etc)
  • Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs.
  • Diligent individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. An ideal candidate would be a go-getter, who does not shy away from rolling up the sleeves to get the job done.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences.
  • Travel to partner or client site (average of 25%)
  • Highly beneficial to have Salesforce product certifications prior to joining. It is expected that you will gain the following certifications as part of the role requirement and onboarding process in the first 6 months:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Admin)
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Sales Cloud)
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder (Developer/Builder)
    • AI Associate (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)
    • Data Cloud Consultant
