Role Overview
The Technical Architect, Partner Solutions Team plays a pivotal role in co-creating and delivering AI, Data, and CRM solutions in partnership with global system integrators (GSIs) and strategic Salesforce Partners. You will provide technical expertise, thought leadership, and pre-sales GTM support, helping Partners integrate Salesforce, Agentforce & Data Cloud into their solutions, driving innovation, customer value, and revenue growth. In this role, you will work closely in advising Partners to ensure scalable solutions that align with their strategic goals and are GTM-ready.
Your Impact:
Technical Co-Creation: Collaborate with Partners to co-create, validate, and scale Agentforce solutions that align with Salesforce’s product roadmap. Your ability to assess, review, and enhance Partner solutions will be instrumental in driving successful implementations and customer outcomes.
Salesforce Integration: Provide expert guidance on integrating Salesforce's AI and Data Cloud into Partner use cases, ensuring Partners leverage the unique capabilities of Einstein and Data Cloud to solve critical business challenges for clients.
Thought Leadership: Drive the AI and data strategy for Partners, crafting reusable assets, reference architectures, and proof-of-concepts that build mindshare by demonstrating the business value of Salesforce AI products. This includes joint demos, technical assets, and customer success stories that build the Salesforce AI narrative.
GTM Activation: Support and drive the go-to-market strategies for co-created solutions by working cross-functionally with sales, product, and service teams. Ensure the Partner solutions are launched effectively, contributing to pipeline generation, ACV growth, virtuous consumption and market-making headlines.
Pre-Sales: Work as an extension of Partner sales teams to provide technical advisory and product expertise during implementation. This includes assisting with troubleshooting and aligning product capabilities to Partner needs, fostering a culture of mutual success.
Solution Architecture: Deliver technical leadership by conducting architectural reviews and suggesting enhancements for Partner solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in AI and data architecture, with a deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, CRM systems, and AI/agentic frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph solutions.
Strong background with Hyperscalers and Data Clouds like AWS, GCP, Snowflake and Databricks.
Strong background in Salesforce platform, particularly in Agentforce, Data Cloud and Einstein products.
Advanced AI/ML: Exposure to frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), MLOps practices, and cloud AI platforms (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker). Hands-on work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based frameworks, and prompt engineering.
Experience in engaging with GSIs or large enterprise Partners to co-create technical solutions and drive customer success.
Demonstrated ability to align Partner strategies with technical solutions and execute large-scale go-to-market campaigns.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Ability to drive complex technical conversations with a focus on business outcomes and customer value.
Strength in Partner & stakeholder management, driving accountability and action while context switching across Partners & priorities.
Passion for AI and data, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving field of AI applications, LLMs and autonomous agentic frameworks.
Note: This role is office-flexible, and the expectation is to be in-office a minimum of three days per week.
