Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
The Middle East is a key strategic market for Salesforce. We will be establishing a new legal entity in Saudi Arabia as Regional HQ to accelerate the growth in the region.
Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 is driving digital transformation, with the ICT market expected to reach $27 billion by 2025. Government incentives, such as 100% foreign ownership in tech sectors and reduced tax rates, make Saudi Arabia an attractive regional HQ.

On top of the country responsibilities the HR People Consultant will support Mohammed Alkhotani, SVP Middle East, Robin Fisher, SVP Growth Markets (Eastern Europe & Africa) and Ibrahim Alseghayr, Country Leader KSA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR (Employee Success) People Consultant (ESPC) to lead and support Salesforce Employee Success initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will act as a key advisor to business leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs tailored to each region’s cultural and regulatory environment.
Your role will bridge global HR best practices with local execution, empowering sustainable business growth and employee development in emerging markets.
This Employee Success People Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, ESPC and PMO and work closely with ES COEs, the ES Lead for the South Region and the business leaders. The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact in several critical business areas, excels in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment and is looking to work with a strong ES Team.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor for business units across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe by using professional credibility and positive relationships.
Partner with regional leadership to identify HR priorities and develop regionally tailored HR strategies.
Provide enablement and delivery support for high impact initiatives; examples includes talent assessment, high-potential and manager development, succession planning, organizational design and compensation planning, employee engagement and retention, and high impact teaming.
Serve as a project lead for Employee Success programs, responsible for tracking project objectives, timelines, and communication plans by prioritizing responsibilities, and tracking and measuring to successful completion, sometimes organizing other members of the ESPC team to achieve objectives.
Lead initiatives in partnership with COEs and PS&O peers to identify bodies of work that can be better done at scale through automation or revised processes and / or make recommendations when it is appropriate to align with with different teams.
Assess and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc. Build narratives using data and insights, and partner with ESBPs to establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis. Provides client with analysis of client organizations' "health" by looking at trends in performance, employee happiness, attrition, diversity etc.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and alignment with global HR policies.
Partners with and between COE’s and regional ES teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization. Leverages all ES programs, policies, processes and systems.
Lead or support HR transformation initiatives including policy harmonization, process improvement, and digital HR systems deployment.
Build and nurture a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
Required Skills/Experience:
Demonstrable track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
Strong business acumen with preference in a software company.
General knowledge of employment policies and practices
Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management standard processes
Experience with program/change management preferred.
Demonstrable ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers.
Ability to take trends and data, boiling them down to presentable themes and connecting the dots.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and proactive to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business.
Comfort with ambiguity and proven change agency.
Ability to diagnose and successfully handle organizational development issues.
Ability to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes to support business needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
Excellent interpersonal, group, process and influence skills.
Ability to prepare and make senior level presentations, and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data.
Ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel management.
Ability to deliver difficult feedback, coach leaders through difficult scenarios and facilitate team discussions.
Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with both onsite and distributed teams effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in international or regional roles.
Proven experience working across Middle East and other EMEA markets.
Strong understanding of KSA and Middle East employment laws, labor relations, and cultural nuances.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel regionally as required.
Fluent in Arabic, English and any other European language will be considered an advantage.
