LATAM Internship Program | Sales Intern [Mexico]

  • As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Salesforce, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving growth in the Latin American market (LATAM). In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead generation, and understanding the sales cycle, in addition to positioning yourself for a successful career in Sales Development.

    The BDA Program at Salesforce is designed to transform your potential and develop high-impact sales skills. Our proven 6-12 month program prepares BDAs to advance into Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), equipped with expertise in Salesforce solutions, solutions selling, and customer profiling. You will collaborate with experienced SDRs and managers, learning how to strategically target and engage prospects across all industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and nurture Partner Leads (PLs), working closely with consulting partners to ensure a smooth lead handover and progression through the sales funnel. This includes qualifying PLs, aligning with partners on next steps, and ensuring timely follow-ups to increase conversion rates.

    • Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using our Customer 360 platform.

    • Conduct outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, with a focus on pipeline generation across multiple segments.

    • Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers, while being a key factor in showcasing our platforms through live demonstrations.

    • Perform research on target accounts, identifying key contacts, and helping develop personalized outreach strategies.

    • Participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation.

    • Track and manage prospecting activity using Salesforce’s CRM platform to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between June/2026 and December/2026..

    • English intermediate.

    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

    • Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.

    • Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
