Description

Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Success Architect in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Build expertise in, and test, new Salesforce integration products. Develop proof-of-concept code samples to help Salesforce customers adopt Salesforce's integration products. Consume, revise, and write new technical documentation for Salesforce's new integration products. Author and present technical presentations that help Salesforce's technical employees and Salesforce's customers build expertise in Salesforce's new integration products. Develop and document feedback and enhancement requests for Salesforce's new integration products that will be presented to Salesforce's Product Development team, with the intent to positively influence future revisions of the products. Improve Mulesoft product serviceability by building expertise in new product introductions, large-scale migration efforts, and existing product requirements. Provide architectural guidance, product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital to our stakeholders in Customer Success and Technology & Products. Work cross-functionally with our partners in Customer Success to develop and transition our expertise across the entire organization, strengthening a sustainable and self-powered ecosystem that drives success for all Mulesoft customers. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Configuration and design of integration platforms; (2) Mulesoft ESB; (3) Identify requirements; (4) Evangelize the messaging and integration platform standards and concepts; (5) Linux; and (6) API gateways

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $180,960.00 - $244,200.00 per annum.
