職務概要
本ポジションは、Salesforceが提供するSuccessプログラムやグローバル施策を日本市場にローカライズし、企画・運用・改善まで一貫してリードする役割です。
特に、グローバルチームとの連携を通じて得られるベストプラクティスを国内の顧客向けに展開し、より高い顧客価値を創出することが求められます。

主な業務内容
◆ プログラムマネジメント(最重要ミッション)
  • グローバル施策の意図や目的を理解し、日本市場向けに最適化されたプログラムを設計・推進
  • 情報収集・関連部門連携・進行管理・課題解決までを一貫して主導
  • 実施後の効果測定と改善サイクルの確立
◆ 顧客向けプログラムの企画・実行
  • オンボーディング、Expert Coaching、Success Reviewなどのプログラム企画・運用
  • 顧客の課題やフェーズに即した支援内容の設計
  • プログラムのKPI設計と効果分析
◆ 顧客エンゲージメントの促進
  • ジャーニーメール、ユーザーグループ、ウェビナー等の企画・実施
  • Slackなどを活用した顧客コミュニティの運営・活性化
  • ターゲット顧客への最適な情報提供
◆ オペレーション改善・デジタル活用
  • データ分析に基づく業務プロセスの改善と標準化
  • Web、動画、メール等のコンテンツ企画・改善
  • AgentforceやAIを活用した業務・支援品質の向上
◆ 他部門・グローバルとの連携
  • 関連部門と連携し、顧客体験全体の最適化に貢献
  • グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションによるベストプラクティスの活用
応募資格
【必須要件】
  • プロジェクトまたはプログラムマネジメントの実務経験(3年以上)
  • 複数部門・多国籍チームを巻き込んだ業務推進経験
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、および業務での英語コミュニケーション能力(読み書き・会話)
  • 論理的思考力、主体性、改善意識
【推奨要件】
  • Salesforce製品またはSaaS業界での顧客支援経験
  • イベント運営、デジタルコンテンツ企画の経験
  • AIやオペレーション改善に関する知見・興味
