Description

Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Consultant in Chicago, IL:

Job Duties: Implement APIs as per the design specification. Build, orchestrate, and deploy complex integration patterns between system, process, and experience layers. Interpret requirements to develop Mule services and integrations in continuous integration/continuous deployment using Agile methodology. Participate in the design and development of our Mule projects on integration with customers/clients. Contribute to key phases of the development lifecycle. Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and flows. Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications. Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions. Interact directly with our customers and the Acumen team, including consultants, architects and sales to ensure customer success. Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment. Follow good practices and project guidelines in all cases including the use of source code control, automated testing and deployment approaches, and proper documentation practices. Telecommuting permitted. Some travel to client sites and Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: 1) Oracle Database; (2) Microsoft SQL; (3) XML, XSD, XSLT; (4) Windows/Linux (5) Docker/Kubernetes; (6) Data Warehousing; (7) Tibco BusinessWorks; (8) Tibco Enterprise Message Services; (9) Tibco iProcess; and (10) Tibco ActiveMatrix. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting permitted. Some travel to client sites and Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $148,949.00 - $178,000.00 per annum.
