This is an evergreen job posting for Sales Development roles i.e SDA, SDR, BDR covering the across the ASEAN region, including Singapore/ Thailand/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Malaysia. We are continuously hiring for this position as we grow our team in the region.

Sales Department Description:
Our Sales Development team is comprised of Sales Development Associate(SDA), Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales Representatives (SR). SDAs are aligned to BDRs, SR's manage inbound leads while BDR's (the more senior of the two roles) focus on outbound lead generation. We are currently seeking high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path. The Sales Reps are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious, and self starters.

We provide extensive training and mentoring to all candidates. With our strong coaching culture, our aim is to support and nurture you on your journey to becoming a world class sales professional. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience in an international team with a market leader that has transformed the enterprise software market with cloud computing.

Who you are and your Responsibilities

  • You are a professional with 6-36 months experience in sales development/ customer engagements
  • You are fluent in either Thai, Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese to converse with clients in the Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam Markets respectively
  • You are results-driven, have demonstrated some level of impact to pipeline, revenue and/or customer acquisition
  • You are a team player and have great communication skills
  • You have exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • You are resourceful, coachable and have a strong business acumen
  • Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
