The Global Demand Gen Campaigns organization plays a critical role in fueling growth by designing, building, and delivering Integrated Campaign Plans that OU Field Marketing teams can grab and go—ensuring seamless execution while maintaining a unified global strategy.

Within this team, the Associate/Analyst, Integrated Campaigns will play a key role in ensuring that campaign programs, content, and offers are easily accessible and actionable for Field Marketing and Sales teams. This role is critical to driving campaign adoption and effectiveness across the organization.

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the delivery and enablement of global demand generation campaign programs. The Associate/Analyst, Integrated Campaigns will oversee content management, enablement, and initiatives to ensure that Field Marketing, SDRs, and other stakeholders can effectively leverage campaign assets.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to educate stakeholders on campaign positioning, sales plays, and demand generation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Content Management

  • Maintain and update the Global Demand Gen Campaigns Hub, ensuring that all campaign content, assets, and offers are organized, accessible, and up to date.

  • Manage the offer repository, tracking content availability and surfacing the right assets for different segments, industries, and sales plays.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment between campaign programs and sales enablement content.

Stakeholder Enablement & Training

  • Host enablement sessions for OU Field Marketing teams, walking them through available campaign programs and how to leverage them effectively.

  • Develop how-to guides, playbooks, and training materials to ensure seamless campaign adoption.

  • Support internal communications and updates on new campaign launches and best practices.

Sales Coaching & Support

  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure they understand campaign positioning and how to align programs with sales plays.

  • Provide guidance on messaging, campaign-led outreach, and follow-up strategies.

  • Gather feedback from OU Field Marketing and SDR teams to refine campaign materials and improve alignment with pipeline generation goals.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, or campaign operations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Experience working with marketing and sales teams, with a focus on enablement and content delivery.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to train and educate internal teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for content organization and process efficiency.
