We’re helping women get back to the workplace.

We aim to create a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, valued, and empowered to succeed — and our Salesforce India Return to Work Program is one way we put that into action.

This program provides women who have taken a career break a platform to restart their professional journeys. With six months of on-the-job training within Salesforce’s Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams, women are provided the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help jumpstart their Salesforce careers. We’re focused on hiring high-performing talent who can help drive the company forward. The most important thing you can do is make sure that your skills and qualifications on your resume match those outlined in the job posting.

Preparation is key to showing off your best, most confident self! First, we recommend you carefully review the job description, and get ready to demonstrate how your skills and experiences tie back to the qualifications for the role. Our hiring teams want to hear about real-life situations and may ask questions that are behavioral, competency-based, or situational.
