Equal Pay for Equal Work

At Salesforce, equality has always been a core value, and our commitment to pay fairness and equal pay is a testament to this. Back in 2015, we were among the first companies to assess and address pay gaps within our global workforce. Since then, we've continuously refined our processes and expanded our evaluations to cover gender globally, race and ethnicity in the U.S., as well as merit, bonuses, and stock options.

After spending 10 years as a full-time homemaker, I returned to my career. Now, I am thrilled to expand my career and take on new challenges in a managerial position. This is the perfect environment for those who want to grow while adapting flexibly to changes.

Technical Support

After transitioning from a major Japanese systems integrator to Salesforce, I have taken maternity leave twice. With a flexible working environment and a culture where it is normal for men to participate in childcare, I don't feel any guilt about being a mom.

Leading a larger team has changed my perspective. I want to continue growing to contribute to the business and become a role model that not only impacts the business but also inspires my daughter.
