From Coast to Coast: Three Salesforce Sellers' Journeys to Dublin
August 30, 2024
There are countless reasons people love Dublin — the historic landmarks, the Irish Sea vistas, the vibrant culture. To add one more to the list: it’s full of opportunities for tech and sales professionals! Just ask these three Salesforce Account Executives, each of whom made the decision to move to Dublin as they progressed their sales career journeys.

Lital Zikri Rokach
Territory Account Executive
You can’t always predict the path ahead; just ask Lital.
Lital originally started at Salesforce as a Business Development Specialist in Israel. “What stood out for me in this opportunity was first Salesforce’s reputation as a company,” shared Lital. “I knew it was really innovative and I wanted to be part of it.”
Lital quickly grew in her role — while also growing her family. After her maternity leave, while settling back into the rhythm of Salesforce, a new opportunity presented itself: a big move to Dublin. This would provide Lital the opportunity to take the next step in her career as an Account Executive, while continuing to support and sell to clients throughout the region. After discussing it with her husband at length, they made the decision: let’s do this.
Salesforce supported the entire relocation process, from logistics, to travel, to temporary housing. Lital noted that this was vital for her — particularly with a new baby — to be able to quickly settle into her new life in a new country.
She encourages others considering a career in tech to take the next step — and not to be afraid. And, for those considering a move to Dublin? Her advice is simple: Just do it. After all, “if I could do it, everyone could do it!”
Florine Lutz
Manager, Sales
Moving countries and switching industries — all with a three-year-old dog in tow?
It’s all in a day’s work for Florine, who re-located from Munich to Dublin back in March 2022 for a role at Salesforce, and hasn’t looked back since.
Florine started in automotive sales in Munich, Germany before pivoting into tech sales in Dublin. “Ultimately, what convinced me to join Salesforce and move to Dublin was its strong commitment to trust, customer success, and its employees.”
Florine didn’t know anyone in Dublin before moving there with her labrador, Tia. Her team members helped ease her transition by offering useful tips on the housing market and life in Dublin. They also set up a gathering before her first day of work so they could meet in person.
“That meant a lot to me. Salesforce also included two agencies to facilitate my move from Germany to Dublin in my job offer package, which was a big help,” Florine noted.
Since moving, she's taken on many new adventures, including running her first half marathon and moving from an Account Executive herself — to leading a team of six Account Executives.
Her advice for those thinking of making a similar career move? “Think about what you want for your career and professional goals, then create a path for where you want to go. And most importantly, don’t stop learning!”
Kevin Schweizer-Knur
Territory Account Executive
What do you do when you’re feeling “stuck” in your career? If you’re like Kevin, you make a bold change — and move to Dublin for a new opportunity.
Back in 2021, Kevin was working as an account manager in Germany — but knew he was ready for a new challenge. He started applying for new roles before landing at Salesforce as a Business Development Representative.
“For me, the opportunity really pushed my boundaries and offered me the chance to grow in ways I couldn't have imagined. It was one of the best decisions I could have made for my career!” (The incredible views and sustainability of Salesforce Tower Dublin don’t hurt, either!)
Since moving to Dublin and joining Salesforce, Kevin has experienced growth both professionally and personally. He became a Senior BDR, Team Lead, and has since been promoted to Account Executive.
“Living and working here taught me resilience, and the art of innovation, and opened my eyes to new perspectives.”
