Jelita Kamal - Vice President — Head of Services, ASEAN & Taiwan
📍Singapore

Jelita explains what she loves about Salesforce.

With a career spanning over 23 years in Professional Services (including two+ of those years at Salesforce!), Jelita now leads a team of 90 people across Sales and Delivery in Singapore. Her mission is to "grow and transform the business into what our customers need us to be."
Jelita thrives on solving complex challenges and believes her role as a leader is to help her team resolve conflicts. "It's an opportunity for me to push for innovation and creativity, and more importantly, collaborate across different teams or even with our customers."
At Salesforce, Jelita has found a value-driven organization that aligns with her personal beliefs.
"[Salesforce] forces an environment of inclusivity and innovation. And it’s centered [around] our core values.”
One of those core values? Customer Success — which drives her actions each and every day. “My team's success is my success. And my customer success is essentially my success too," she explains.
Onnicha Chunsuttiwat, Account Partner
📍Singapore

Onnicha explains what she loves about the culture at Salesforce
Onnicha is an Account Partner, responsible for building and maintaining trust with customers, solving their issues, and managing customer feedback. She was drawn to Salesforce because of the exceptional character and wealth of experience of its team members, who she saw as potential mentors.

Today, that vision has come true. Onnicha is proud to be part of a company that not only pledges to give back to the community but also actively encourages volunteerism among its employees. "Salesforce pledges to give 1% of our equity, 1% of our product, and 1% of our time to give back to the community. And that's not just lip service; people here actually take Volunteer Time Off," she shares.
She has also found that Salesforce's commitment to inclusion and equality ensures that everyone, regardless of their background, feels welcome and valued. "Everyone is open and welcomes you into the work environment, and you'll be treated equally in terms of social inclusion or even in career development," she adds.
For Onnicha, working at Salesforce means being part of a forward-thinking company that is always looking to deliver better solutions for its customers while fostering personal and professional growth. "It's really important to join a company that always wants to do well and do good," she concludes.
Charles Williamson, Technical Architect
📍Indonesia

Charles shares why someone in Customer Success should join Salesforce
Charles Williamson, a Technical Architect at Salesforce based in Indonesia, passionately believes that the company's culture is what makes it a fantastic place to work. “We embrace equality, giving back to the community. And it feels like family," Charles shares.
This values-driven culture is married with a passion for technology and innovation. “Salesforce is a company that everyone knows as innovative," he states. He appreciates the continuous updates and advancements that keep the company at the forefront of technology and AI.

Charles also believes Salesforce offers unparalleled opportunities to contribute to diverse projects, improve skills, and stay updated with the latest technology. “There are so many projects to contribute on, all with various combinations ...[and] lots of room to improve yourself.”
That commitment to learning and development makes Salesforce an ideal place for Charles' career growth, with learning tools like Trailhead and mentorship opportunities.
