In my MuleSoft Futureforce internship on the Product Marketing team, I developed storytelling and presenting abilities while building a supportive work family. Even after my internship ended, the FutureForce team stayed connected through social events. For me, it was just the beginning of a lasting connection.

During my internship on the business value team, I collaborated closely with sales leaders to assist our key customers. From creating strategic maps to conducting ROI analyses for Salesforce's products, I exercised my B-school strategy skills and gained valuable insights into C-suite decision-making on business investments.

Interview process.

The process begins with a phone interview conducted by a recruiter, who will explain the next steps and provide insights into the role. Then, a virtual behavioral interview with a hiring manager follows. Prepare to discuss previous work, internships and Salesforce knowledge. Depending on the role, further steps may involve panel interviews or additional behavioral interviews. The recruiter will guide you on how to prepare for these. If both parties are a match, an offer will be extended.

For India: The evaluation process begins with candidates submitting a video resume, sharing insights into their profile and suitability for the role. Shortlisted candidates then proceed for a short discussion on a given topic in the first round and a final round with the hiring manager. The final round includes a case presentation, followed by Q&A and open discussion, lasting 30-45 minutes in total.
