Interview process.

Our interview process looks a little different for each role we hire for. Many of the roles within CSG consist of a resume screen, followed by a panel interview with the hiring team.  Be prepared to discuss previous projects, professional experience and ask questions of the team. Depending on the role, you may need to also complete a technical assessment or answer questions from the team about how you'd approach a technical problem.

For APAC: The process starts with profile screening, followed by HackerRank test, communication assessment, technical interview, and finally a hiring manager interview. Each round must be cleared to progress.
