Interview process.

Our interview process begins with a recruiter phone screen and a one-hour panel interview including a 10-15 minute exercise. Expect to discuss classwork and job/internship experiences, showcasing individual contributions. Be sure to brush up on Salesforce knowledge. If it’s a mutual fit, an offer will be extended.

EMEA roles may have an assessment center with interviews, and a group case study.

For India: The evaluation process begins with candidates submitting a video resume, sharing insights into their profile and suitability for a sales role. Shortlisted candidates then proceed to a 15-30 minute discussion in the first round and a final round with the hiring manager. The final round includes a case presentation, followed by Q&A and open discussion, lasting 30-45 minutes in total.
