Interview process.

Our interview process differs slightly from region to region, but in general, you should prepare to discuss your classwork, internship experiences, and your knowledge of Salesforce and the role. Here’s what you need to know to be prepared.

  1. You’ll begin the process by sending your recruiter a video resume, sharing insights into your profile and experience and why you’d be suitable for the role.
  2. The next step is a 15-30 minute panel interview with your hiring team members.
  3. The final round of interviews includes a session with your hiring manager where you will be expected to create a case presentation, followed by a Q&A and open discussion of your work. If it’s a match, an offer will be extended.

  1. The process begins with a recruiter phone screening interview, where we can give you all the details about Salesforce and your role.
  2. If you successfully pass the screening round, you’ll be invited to an in-person information session at your chosen office, where you can see where you’ll work and ask questions about your team.
  3. The final round is in-person Assessment Day, which involves a 1:1 interview with your hiring manager, followed by a group activity presentation, and finishing up with networking with the wider team and our other Futureforce hires. If it’s a match, an offer will be extended.
