Salesforce Professional Services is scaling rapidly, requiring deep industry expertise to drive predictable growth, particularly in Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Canada.

As VP, AMER REG Services Commercial Officer, you serve as the Chief Revenue Officer for AMER Services Regulated Industries, owning the full revenue lifecycle—from demand generation to bookings and revenue realization. Reporting to the General Manager, you are a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping strategy, financial health, and go-to-market execution.

While this role has no direct reports, you lead a seasoned team driving execution excellence:

  • Business Operations Leader – Ensures process rigor and pipeline execution.

  • Strategy Executive – Aligns revenue strategy with market growth.

  • Financial Leader – Manages financial analysis and revenue insights.

Together, you ensure Salesforce Professional Services meets and exceeds revenue goals while scaling for growth.

Your Impact

  • Deliver $450M+ bookings and $350M+ revenue with strong margins.

  • Advise the business on growth and execution strategies.

  • Influence and coach 7+ teams across multiple regulated sectors.

  • Drive pipeline strategy, ensuring sales discipline and forecast accuracy.

  • Partner with Operating Unit Sector Leads to ensure long-term, sustainable growth.

  • Enterprise Revenue Leader – Oversees pipeline, bookings, and execution.

  • Trusted Advisor – Shapes AMER Services Regulated Industries' profitability future.

  • Influential Sales & GTM Leader – Elevates team performance across 7+ sectors.

  • Strong Communicator – Drives transparent, results-oriented decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth – Deliver on bookings and revenue targets.

  • Pipeline & Demand – Drive high-quality pipeline targeting 3x coverage.

  • Forecasting & Financials – Ensure precision in bookings and revenue projections.

  • Sales Enablement – Optimize deal execution and win rates.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Align with Customer Success, License Sales, and Product teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in sales leadership.

  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce with quota attainment responsibility.

  • Strong C-level engagement, business acumen, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to influence across the organization without direct reports.

  • High energy, results-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare & Life Sciences.

  • Background in CRM, cloud computing, or software services.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
