- You will be managing and developing a team of Mid market & General Business (GB) Account Executives for the Commercial Business Unit in Sweden.
- Provide support, coaching and mentorship to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
- Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in ACV bookings.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for growing commercial sales in Sweden.
- Driving go-to-market execution and pipeline generation initiatives, supported by strong cross functional collaboration & execution.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Manage overall sales process, and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Work cross-functionally with all field teams (Account Development, Solution Engineering, Consulting Services, Customer Success, Channels, etc).
- Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams, including; industry marketing, product development, product management and recruiting
- Attracting, developing and retaining top talent in the commercial sales organisation.
- Proven sales performance as an individual contributor, with 1st line sales management experience with complex sales organisations (2nd line management experience nice to have)
- Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Track record of leading and growing sales teams essential.
- Solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high performing talent.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in Swedish and English mandatory
