The candidate will be a member of the Enterprise Sales Team at Salesforce, working on Salesforce’s largest and most strategic Communications & Media Accounts. They will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Recognition, and Legal teams to handle and process contract orders. The ideal candidate will have: an eye for detail; a strong operational skill set; a willingness to identify and drive process improvements; the ability to coordinate between multiple teams; the drive to learn and outstanding communication skills with internal and external customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Sales, Revenue Recognition, and Legal on contract issues and provide assistance in contract negotiation
- Assist in the creation and execution of courtesy quotes and swaps, including re-pricing and billing initiatives
- Process contracts and orders and ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy
- Support licensing and new org provisioning
- Contractual audits
- Contributes ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- 3+ years experience working with contracts and Sales
- Proven and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capability and flexibility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Self-Motivated and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
